“Very Disappointing.”

Spaciousness of the apartment but little else.

The ( heated ) pool was very cold to us at below 25C most of our stay and only rose to 27 for two days, which still felt too cold, therefore we didn't get what we paid for and the owner insisted 27C was the standard for the whole of the island and refused to increase the temperature and my wife could only use it twice in the whole 14 days we were there, not a very happy lady. Also, certain essential cooking utensils were missing making cooking difficult. It was fortunate that there was a lockable outside garage door as it was not possible to lock the main apartment entrance door. I asked for a 50% refund but of course this was deemed out of the question. So beware of so called 'Heated Pool' in a description. Also the bath was an unusual round shape which prevented us from laying in it in the usual way and so we couldn't use that either.

“Great apartment with panoramic view”

The best

Great spacious apartment with panoramic view of Arguineguín. Large well-equipped kitchen. Large bedrooms. Clean heated pool with view of the city. Very quiet neighbourhood. The host was easy to communicate with and check-in/out was very smooth.

To be improved

Cleanliness could have been better (especially the shower area). Some of the beds were a bit too hard, and the master bedroom bed was squeaky (but other than that OK). Even though the pool was heated it was a bit too cold. One of the bedrooms did not have a window to the outside.

“Superb”

The best

Big spacious apartment with cracking view, own pool and fully equipped kitchen.

To be improved

It wasn't 100% clean, for example, there was a used cotton bud by the pool. There were several things which needed to be repaired, for example, the pool shower didn't work, the fridge drawer had a big hole in the front of it. The side door was tricky to close. There was nothing to hold the doors open to let the breeze through. There is a full set of stairs to get in and out of the apartment, which was fine for us but may not suit everyone, particularly with a suitcase.

“Exceptional apartment with stunning views”

The best

The apartment was beautifully decorated, with plenty of room fir us all. Was very clean . The view and the pool and pool area stunning BBQ an added bonus. Just a great apartment, not too far from shops and beach . Very quiet.

To be improved

no pool towels or change of bedding. git around it by washing machine.
