Main bedroom bed very uncomfortable - cheapest Ikea mattress Very unprofessional and unsatisfactory management of issue with code system on door knob malfunction - we couldn’t get it the apartment after a day visit of Sevilla and waited 2 hours to have someone come ( meanwhile getting a battery and changing it ourselves with help of neighbors tools, going on the lock system app…) and had to pressure them into getting a locksmith - once it was open, the knob still being broken we were either stuck at the apartment or were told to leave the window open to access the door handle through the inside (and get robbed by anyone who could do the same!!!!) !!!! We asked them to get us a hotel and were told to go and send them the bill later. When we asked for a writing, they refused. They said we could also call booking. Com if we wanted … all of that between 7 and 9:45 pm … my husband and son missed the show we had planned, we couldn’t have dinner together and had to separate so someone could stay at the apartment… oh and did I mention the manager hung the phone up on my husband when he was asking for a solution ?!
