Complicated to find recommended car park.

Input pass code at 3 separate doors. Virtual reception. Overcharged me by £20, which I eventually got back from booking.com. Then they charged me a second time, which I am currently pursuing. Do not use this place if you have to give them your card details.

The check-in process was horrendous. We checked in online in advance, and were advised that we would receive a pin code to access the hotel/room; however, no pin code was shared prior to our arrival. We also requested and paid for parking in advance, and were informed that someone would provide us with the parking ticket upon check-in. When we arrived at the hotel around 5 pm, there was no receptionist and nobody answered the bell. I sent numerous messages to the hotel, but did not receive any response. After waiting outside the building for ~45 minutes (during which time we almost got a parking ticket), two other guests arrived and let me into the building. They told me that I needed to call the phone number posted on the empty reception desk downstairs in order to get the pin code (they said the same thing had happened to them and another couple). When I finally got on the phone with the contact person (who apparently works at another hotel), she sent me the pin code and told me that I would need to get the parking ticket from the housekeeper the following morning (because no receptionist would be available until ~2 pm). Overall, a very stressful and impersonal experience - do not recommend.

You need to open the doors with a link. Sometimes it doesn't work properly.

Check-in had to be done twice for one of the rooms for some reason so the system needs a bit tweaking. Use pin code, it's easier. 24h parking ticket is a bit cheaper 28€ but you need to get it inside the hotel first before parking.

The initial “check in” was challenging - we had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get our key code - which was after we prepaid - we were worried we were scammed. It’s like a hostel but then a bit confusing on how the shared kitchen works. Our room - specifically the bathroom - smelled like cat urine - we inquired about it through bookings messages but never got a response. Our A/C was fantastic until it didn’t work on day 2! The housekeeper - who thankfully was there- called someone and it was fixed by the time we returned that day:)
