The best

We really liked the neighborhood but it was a little noisy early in the morning.

To be improved

We had troubles getting in the building the first time and that was a little stressful and frustrating but everything went smooth after that.

Central location, nearby: central explanada street, beach, bus and tram lines, supermarkets

To be improved

No air conditioning, shared bathroom, cleaning in the noon, other small bathroom has only cold water, noise streets in day due to traffic and in night due to utility cleaning trucks on streets

The best

I did not like anything about the property. The host was behaving very unprofessionally. When I entered the apartment it has a bad smell, dirty and no air conditioning.

To be improved

Smelly, dirty, hot and not polite host. Also it is very noisy,and they have creepy dolls for decoration.

Location is central close to main square Luceros, close to Explanada, close to bus lines, close to supermarkets Cleaning of bathroom is daily at midday

To be improved

No air conditioning, noisy in day and night due to drank passengers or containers cleaning vehicles ,no hot water in other smaller bathroom,shared common areas
