The best

Two independent units made this perfect for us and our adult son and his partner. Pool and outdoor space was superb. We did yoga poolside in the mornings. Across the road access to the beach and paseo for walks/jogs. Supermarket also across the road and 7 minute walk to shopping centres and lots of restaurants. Lovely coffee shop 1 minute walk away in the Hotel Riu as well as easy access to taxis from there. Washing machine was a wonderful bonus. Wifi was excellent and good water pressure, sufficient hot water and shower gel supplied. Management company were very responsive. Private and quiet.

To be improved

Only single beds available. Basic items like coffee for 1st day and salt/pepper would have been nice.

“Exceeded expectations”

The best

Surprisingly it's two separate units which was a pleasant surprise. Its perfect for 2 couples wanting their own space but sharing the pool and outdoor space, of course if you book this place you get the whole place regardless so total privacy. Exceeded expectations

There was confusion on our late checkout which caused some distress, luckily as nobody had booked the day we were due to leave we were able to have out late check out

“not the best but overall was a nice holiday”

The best

the pool was a lovely size, though would still have been better if heated. it gets the sun all day so it’s great for sunbathing. customer service on messages was good.

the shower goes cold after a while and won’t get hotter. it’s a shared property and it’s not advertised as such, or it’s not clear enough anyway. the TVs did have Netflix but we were logged out pretty early on as it’s the owners personal account and it knows it’s a different address. when we arrived about an hour after check in, there was still a cleaner there. she didn’t speak any English and we don’t speak Spanish but she kept talking to us in Spanish about the house and we had no idea what she was saying. she ended up using Google translate to tell us there will be 8 people staying here tonight, leaving us worried and confused. not sure why she did that. at check out they turned up and let theirself before our check out time and planted their bags down which I thought was odd. there’s also a clock that sounds every hour and it’s pretty loud, it will wake you up at night. the house also makes this random loud bang that will make you jump out your skin. never figured out what that was. the floors were still wet when we came in which I thought was odd because as I said, we arrived an hour after check in so the cleaner should have been gone. however the floors were still filthy and couldn’t be walked on with bare feet.
