Stair case was difficult with luggage. The hall light shone through the clear glass window above the door and was annoying at night.

The best

Excellent location Washer available with towel warmer to help dry Quiet neighborhood with everything close by, restaurants, grocery, metro, and museums.

To be improved

Traveling made getting self entry instructions difficult. Calls to customer service got dropped Weird glass wall that is difficult to see and I walked into full force, bruising myself

“Great location but property is tired looking.”
The best

The location is perfect for getting around the city sights. Great restaurants just 5-10 mins away. Some restaurants are only 2-3 mins away but didn’t eat at those so cannot comment. Lots of choice for bars and restaurants nearby.

To be improved

Property is tired and the shower head couldn’t be re- positioned. No information pack or details left re: re-cycling, local amenities etc.
