“A good, fully equipped apartment with a beautiful view; however, the lack of basic amenities was a drawback.”

The apartment was very clean when we arrived, and the kitchen is fully equipped, which was a big plus. We also really enjoyed the beautiful view from the window and the convenience of plenty of street parking nearby.

To be improved

Unfortunately, our stay was not as comfortable as we had hoped. The bathroom was quite small, and the hot water ran out very quickly, which made showers inconvenient. Despite staying for an entire week, we found that essential supplies were lacking—there wasn’t enough toilet paper or paper towels in the kitchen, and there was no washing detergent provided for the washing machine. When we reached out to the host about this, the response was simply that “it’s not a hotel,” which felt dismissive and unhelpful. A bit more consideration and basic hospitality would have made a big difference

“Beautiful view”

The best

The view is fantastic. Location is very good, close to the beach, shops, restaurants, the area is very calm and quiet. You can reach the busy English beach by car in 10 min, on foot in 40 min. There is a free parking space in front of the apartment on the street. I liked the terrace and also the washing machine. The host was kind and reachable, received answers quickly.

To be improved

The apartment is operated by an agent, with its pros and cons. Keys had to be collected in a different town, 10 min by car. If you do not have a car, it is very uncomfortable. AI/chat bot is used as a form of communication, which is practical and nice, We got all necessary information and answers to our questions. (even a quick repair in the bathroom was well organized) However I got the same messages several times, booking, email and whatsup were used simultaneously. 3 days earlier our leaving, a thank you for staying us message with asking the exact checking out time was sent several times. So it needs a little bit more programming to work properly. Kitchen equipment is so-so. The pillows are very hard.

great view on the beach, close to the shopping center with shops and plenty of restaurants. Near a bus stop. Few minutes walk to the beach.

To be improved

quite a busy road between the property and the beach, with car rumor all day long.

The property had a great view and was quite modern.

To be improved

There could have been an information sheet with advice about the rubbish, taxis and other important numbers etc. There was a bad smell of drains throughout our stay in the bathroom. The balcony only had a small side table, a small bistro type table would be better for eating outside.
