A clean place. Has everything you need! Great location - many restaurants, supermarket, coffee shops. Paid parking is nearby. The owner is a very nice man.

It was a good stay. The thing I liked most was Pepe's welcome, availability and kindness.

To be improved

I didn't like the fact that the windows were not soundproof. Even if the street is quiet, as soon as one more car passes, one more scooter or a few more people talk along the street, from inside the apartment you feel as if you are almost on the street. Even when the residents of the building open and close the various doors you can hear it a little louder.

“Perfect location and host”
The best

The host was waiting for me in the property to check me in and hand me the keys. Pepe was warm, friendly, and highly responsive. For example, when I asked whether there was a kettle available, he went to buy one and hand it to me within hours. The location is quiet, yet very close to Las Canteras beach, the heart of the action in Las Palmas.

To be improved

Nothing, it was all smooth and easy.
