It is hard to unlock and close the door for first because the description is not precise (it is necessary to know that you shoul twist the handle when it is blinking and only wjen you feel it is turning the lock then press! Electronic activation connects handle to the lock axis.). At first we started to doubt whether we would be able to get in at all and were close to calling for help but I am a technical person and I don't give up easily ;-) It was hard to control precisely the air conditioning - it was quite cold when working. After reservation by booking.com I started receiving requests for registration and additional information from "Guest ready " which was supprising and I was worried whether it was some kind of personal data fraud. The offer should definitely include information that this property belongs to some other organization besides booking.com and that we will receive correspondence from that organization. No towel racks, ok there was one, but for a 3-person apartment it was clearly not enough (and there was no way to hang them up to dry). Windows were on the level of the head o people passing in the street near the wall so we usually kepl the blinders up but it was shown on the pictures in the offer and we didn't come to admire the view from the window, but to visit the wonderful Madrid and experience it firsthand! One duvet and cover were missing, we found another bedsheet and that was enough. In the second half of our stay, the drain in the shower cabin started to clog. We knew we could call for support, but we were going out sightseeing when we weren't sleeping, so there was no time to make an appointment.
