“Great location, modern, clean and tidy”
The apartment is in a good location. It’s very clean and newly decorated. It has a great kitchen but lacks cutlery, china, glasses and serving dishes. The second bedroom is very small. Beds are comfortable but need a couple of extra pillows - ok for me but others need more than one pillow to sleep on.

Great apartment with amazing location. The experience with the auto check-in is a bit inconvenient as it was not exactly as per instructed. There is no apartment identification (letter D) as advised so I'll have to guess which apartment is ours. But after the first experience, the rest of our stay with app-operated doors are super convenient. The apartment is fully equipped and spacious for a group or family.

The apartment is absolutely wonderful, but I would never again book with Guest Ready. An establishment is only as good as its team, and their customer service is unprofessional.
I saw in several reviews that internet is needed to access the building. Since I rely on wifi when I travel, I asked them whether that was the case and they said no. Unfortunately, you do need internet. They suggested I go to an internet café (do they still exist in 2025?), which is ridiculous, for you need internet when you are in front of the building. Also, internet is needed every time to open the main door, not just the first time. I also read that there had been access issues. If the front door is locked, you cannot leave (!) the building, and of course you also cannot enter it with a code. I was reassured that there would be a key in the apartment. There was no key, and in a subsequent message I was told “there are no physical keys,” only codes. In case of a fire, if the door downstairs is locked, you would not be able to get out. They eventually told us where we could pick up a set of keys. No effort was made to bring those to us. And even before we realized that they don’t provide keys, we asked for a second set, which they offered for a fee of 20 Euros. I have never heard of having to pay for an extra set of keys (maybe a deposit, never a fee). On the day of arrival, I got a message that someone was going to work on the air conditioning from 3-4pm but that they would not come into the apartment. Since it was addressed to “Dear Stella” – which is neither my name nor my gender – I did not take it particularly seriously, but I thought it was nice of them to let us know that someone might be working on the outside. To our horror, when we returned from sightseeing at 6pm, two men were in our living room, tools strewn all over, windows open, and not leaving until 9pm. I might add that it was Valentines Day, our first night in Madrid, and Guest Ready ruined it for us. They offered absolutely no help and no compensation. Booking eventually compensated us, thank you!
