Location good

We stayed here for 9 days at the end of March 2025. Our visit was tainted from the outset when we went to get a drink and the glass in the cupboard had blood on it. So at that point we ended up washing everything. Notified management and we got the standard “sorry that happened”. The kitchen was devoid of everything. We travelled Portugal and Spain for over 6 weeks and at every location people had left olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, etc. There was nothing here. WE DID leave salt, pepper, olive oil, etc for the next renters, hopefully everything was still there. The frying pans had half the Teflon missing. We had to go out and buy our own. Unlike other locations, there were no manuals for the washing machine, microwave, etc. I never did figure out the microwave. The unit itself was ok. The advertisement mentioned a sofa bed, there is no sofa bed. The bathroom looks relatively new and has a spacious shower. From the outside you can see that this in the only unit in the building that hasn’t finished the balcony railings, paint is peeling off. Aside from the kitchen and bathroom, you just feel like there is no effort put into the customer service or finishing in the unit. The sliding doors on the balcony won’t lock unless to press very hard on the top to push the door flush. The first night we went to bed early and I thought I had left the balcony door open as I could even hear the tinkling of cutlery from the restaurant below. Turns out the top of the sliding doors has not been caulked, so there is a ¼ inch gap all the way across that lets all the sound in. The other weird thing is that the roll up blinds on one side have stoppers on them so they just go up half way. We just hand rolled them and placed them over the top. I’ve never encountered the setup they have for the entry to the building and unit. Make sure you watch the video they send you or you will not get in. Just fyi. There is no parking in this area. We parked at the Mercado del Puerto which was a 12-1

The apartment is very nice, modern, very good equipped. There is also some beach equipment what was very helpfully, as sunbeds etc were not good available during this holiday period (very busy). Very good bed, important for me, nice shower. The location is anyway good, with sea view. We had also a nice look on the silvester firework

Everything there what s necessary

This apartment is in a great location right on the beach and also a short walk to bus links but plenty to do and see nearby is you don't feel like exploring the island. Small but comfortable enough for myself my partner and our 7 year old. Small kitchen was fully equipped with utensils ect for cooking when required. Great communication from the host and an issue with the aircon was fixed very promptly. Will definitely stay again in the future.
