“Spacious modern flat close to the beach”

The best

The flat is modern and spacious in a good location close to the beach, bus terminal and supermarket. The town centre is a 10 min. walk away. The kitchen is big and well equipped and there is tea and coffee. The flat has a balcony to sit outside. The appartment is easy to access with the code. The wifi-connection is good.

To be improved

The flat could be a bit more decorated. The street is a bit noisy and there is no sea view from the flat. It would be great to have at least basics like salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. The balcony has very little shade. The bathroom has no window or ventilation which means you have to leave it open for the humidity to get out. For me the matress was not so comfortable but I changed to the bed in the small room where I was fine. Communication with the agency was a bit bumpy in the beginning. The safety deposit did not get through but I did not get any notification but simply did not receive the access code. When we realized, we had to wait until they responded (with automatic messages) until we found out what was the problem. I would prefer a more personalized communication and not to get only the standard information messages.
