“The location is perfect. The apartment is tone throw awa from everything, alot bars, restaurants etc arein the vicinity. · Cons: The host or managing company is a nightmare to deal with. After arriving at the apartment we encountered problem with air condintoners, 1 out of 3 was working. I tried everything I could to make them work (switching off and on, trying multiple remotes, changing the batteries) but nothing solved the problem. After contacting the host about the problem. They replied and ask me to do the same trobleshooting again(which I did), then first they told me that someone from the local team will come and fix the problem, after few mins they replied that sorry we cant to do anything. Excusme me!!!!? I have never experienced this kind of shitty customer service after booking any accomodation from Booking.com. I would request Booking.com to take action against these kind of scammers.”

Great location right off Gran Via beside metro stations. Near plaza mayor is not accurate. Perfect for the a city break.

The pillows were absolutely filthy smell from them noticed this when we arrived contacted the company straight away but new ones were not brought until the next evening we lost sleep as there was nothing to sleep on
