The door lock is complicated to open and seem fragile, need a repair. A second set of keys available would be very appreciated when you share the flat between friends.

after we checked in we tried to put up the sun awning on the terrace up which covered the whole terrace. , but it would not work, so we contacted the booking.com representatives and they would check and they then got back to us and said it was not working and it it wasnt included in the ad for the apartment (what does that mean), yet in every pic of the terrace it shows the awning which , In all other apartments weve stayed in you can raise the awning when you want the the sun, in this apartment you cant do that, whats the point going to the canaries if you cant see the sun, obviously we wouldnt have taken the apartment if we knew the awning was not working, we should have been told of this when we made the booking othwiwse we wouldbt have bokked it so that meant we could not see the sky or sit on our terrace in the sun, it made the terrace very dark and the apartment very dark. we were very surprised there was no change of bedding or towels for a 2 week stay. we would not recommend this apartment unless they repaired the sun awning
