“Avarage hotel”

The best

The hotel needs renovation. We had a familysuite, and the room was very spacious but worn out. The hotel is on a busy street, so if you are a light sleeper I would not recommend it. The breakfast has limited selection, so would skip it. Ok hotel if you want big rooms in ok walking distance to main street.

“Very bad experience”

We had a very disappointing experience during our 3-day stay, for which we paid over £700. Unfortunately, we were charged twice, which caused stress from the very first day. The staff did not explain the issue properly, nor did they reassure us about when we would receive a refund. One of the staff members was particularly rude, repeatedly saying “pay again” and “you didn’t pay,” even when I showed proof of payment from my booking. We also faced several issues with our room key cards, which frequently stopped working. We had to go to the reception multiple times to get them reactivated. For the price we paid, I would expect to be able to access my room without such problems. On the second day, the electricity went out. While I understand technical issues can happen, the overall experience did not match the price we paid. Although the room was spacious, it was not clean, comfortable, or welcoming. It was poorly lit, with old furniture and an outdated floor. The balcony was enclosed, with no chairs or table to enjoy a coffee or fresh air, which was very disappointing. Overall, for £700, I expected much higher standards and better service.

“Horrible”

Terrible experience We arrived this morning around 9, when we asked if posibile to check-in earlier, the women in the front desk started making faces and almost yelled and was like super annoyed. I understand that the hotel was fully booked, i did not insist, yet the tone was what bodered us. She could have answer respectfully. We were allowed to leave our luggage. Anyway we left to visit and came back at 3 pm. We got our room, an old, dirty room. It needs huge renovation, the cleaning is totally missing. Their is dust everywhere. The heat does not work, they do not turn it on, although at night there are only 13 degrees. So they act like is summer outside. The picture that you find on booking are like from another hotel. They do not reflect the reality.

“Basic hotel with spacious rooms but poor facilities”

The hotel location is okay. Near the city center but still you have to walk a lot or take a taxi to the central touristic spots. We had a large executive room which was spacious but overlooking nothing really. The room was regularly cleaned but they don’t provide complimentary tea or coffee except on the first day. The breakfast staff is helpful and pleasant but options are really limited.
