The best

Location is convenient for exploring Valencia, walking or public transport. It is the reason why we chose this place. The apartment was of modern style, very clean. Comfortable bed. We did not meet staff but self-service directions were good and questions were responded quickly. There are grocery stores and cafes closeby for breakfast needs. The kitchen is not very big, so not suitable for more extensive cooking. There is airconditioning, which is a must in hotter seasons.

To be improved

The apartment appeared smaller than expected, a large part of its squaradge was in the bathroom area. There was no possibility for single blankets, only double. We felt style has come before convenience and practicality. E.g. little room to store clothes / place baggage other place than floor, no surface in the bathroom to place toiletry or makeup (we ladies have plenty...). Laundry room common for all guests and very small. No place to hang laundry to dry.

The best

The location was great – right next to Guliver Park, with a beautiful main road that has a walking alley in the middle. The city center is also very close. We stayed on the ground floor, which we requested for easier access with a baby stroller. The windows had mirror foils, so we felt completely safe, even with a small child. The apartment was very clean, everything felt new, and it had all the little things needed for a comfortable everyday stay.

To be improved

The only thing missing was a balcony, but since we specifically asked for the ground floor, that might be on us. Also, it would’ve been nice to have an extra shelf in the bathroom for toiletries.

The best

Nice modern apartment in a good location. Everything worked as expected. There is a communal washing machine, iron and clothes airer which can be taken to the room. There is an induction hob, microwave and fridge. WiFi works well.

To be improved

The booking is not specific as to which room you get. There seems to be different sizes as can be seen in the photos. The room was smaller than expected. TV can be connected to smartphone for streaming but did not have any local or international channels.

Great apartment on really good location. Very comfortable and with a great toilet.

To be improved

Ground floor and dark, can’t open windows fully. Sometimes cars park under the window to chill or eat, including police car and privacy is bad.
