“Great location, very kind and helpful stuff”
The best

The staff was amazing, very kind, helpful, helped with everything. We arrived and left with transunion (the hotel helped contacting them about the arrival time). After the checkout, we were able to go to the beach one more time with our bags in a luggage room. The breakfast was really good, a lot of options and they were tasty. The room is huge, the AC is working perfectly, the pool is mostly clean and nice. For the indoor pool, you need to ask for a key. Just a 10min walk to the beach, lot of restaurants near by.

To be improved

Using the safe, the sauna, the beach towels are pricey. We were at the pool with a bottle filled with tap water, and the stuff told us that we have to hide the bottle, we can't drink/eat anyhing which is not from the bar - meanwhile, a group of young guys arrives with a box full of beers and they were allowed to drink them (bought from the minimarket). I get it, the pool bar is better for the hotel, but it was tap water in an ice-tea bottle, not some fancy drinks/coctails.

Some of the staff are very kind and friendly

Other part of staff looks tired and annoyed by the job they doing. Food was just horrible, both quality and options. No basic eggs in a morning except scrambled twice a week. If it's roasted eggs than people waiting in a line for 5 and more minutes. Too less meat options, sometimes if you not eat fish than vegetables is your only options. Wifi not reaching anywhere except main building, rooms have TV but remote control can be lost so I spent week using my own data and no TV. Rooms was very cold since balcony door not able to seal. No entertainment except dj in mid day for empty pool.
