“Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Complimentary coffee offered throughout my stay. Good central location, within easy walking distance to Plaça Catalunya, subway stations and other landmarks. Plenty of convenience stores available nearby. Excellent value for money.”

“The hotel needs a new carpet badly! And other updates!”
The best

Only people at the hotel who desperately tried to make anything looking better, they were polite and accommodating. Surprisingly the breakfast was decent.

To be improved

Parking is EXTREMELY difficult - very steep and narrow. The room didn't have any bathrobe shown on your picture of this survey, the window was frosted - so, it's like NO WINDOW and any daylight. The carpet everywhere was very old and worn. the elevator was tiny.

The best

The stay was really good. We stayed there for 3 nights and the breakfast was also really good. The staff were super friendly and willing to help.

To be improved

There was no sign board outside the hotel, had to walk around a bit to find the hotel.

The hotel room was clean and had exactly what you needed, it was in a good location and the staff were exceptional went above and beyond to help with everything and anything they could. I’d recommend to anyone
