I don’t really know whether to thank you for getting me ready for the cold weather, or complain of Siberian temperatures in your room, if I had known I would of brought 6 water bottles to keep me warm, after asking twice and been ignored, I can only assume the radiator on your wall is an antique, due to the been 2 cold to touch, Maybe you could of advised me to bring an extra 4 layers of clothing, seen as the 3 I wore for bed and the 3 furry blankets still had me sleeping with my hood up, if I had known I could of saved the €30 bill and slept in a doorway, would have been just as cold. Surly the snow on the mountains is enough to make you think the crank a thermostat up, put a log on the fire, plug a heater in the room, anything to help your customers from getting frost bite in there sleep,

Horrible, horrible, horrible accomodation. The host didnt even know about us even though I wrote him before the arrival. We arrived and nobody was in the hostel, nobody to accept our phone calls, or the door bell. We waited over 30 mins in the rain. After this time a cleaning lady opened us the door and didnt speak english, didnt know about us, didnt want to accomodate us. In the end we received our room - very very cigarette smoked and dirty room with broken bed. After one hour of our stay the same lady came to accuse us of unpaid stay even though we paid in advance via the card one week before. She didnt trust us and checked it many times.
