Check-in complex elaborate! Internet is Not working!! Guest are very loud during the night looking TV or gaming. This price is not acceptable. Even half price is too much. Don’t go there!!!!!!!!!!

Check in was easy considering there was no onsite reception, although this should have been made clear at the time of booking. Was easy to walk to restaurants

The room was tired and smelt musky, perhaps someone had previously smoked in there. Decor was old and bathroom needs upgrading The kettle did not work It's not ideal if you have lots of luggage (like golf clubs) and you are alone as parking is difficult

I liked the fact that each door handle had a touch screen code, and you had your own unique code. This way, you didn’t have to worry about forgetting the key or needing to insert it into a slot inside the room to turn on the lights. Also, the staff responded promptly to every call or message.

To be improved

The room provided by the hotel bore no resemblance to the pictures on the website. They likely underwent some renovation recently, possibly using images of renovated rooms to attract guests. For check-in, we had to send photos of our IDs via messages since no one was present at the property throughout our stay. The website mentioned it was a kilometer from the center, but it meant the village center, not Seville’s. Despite booking a double room for two days, we were only provided with two tea bags, two coffee sachets, and two sugars, which were never replenished for the next day. The kettle lid was broken. There was a microwave, but when we tried to use it, it made strange noises, frightening us, so we shut it off. The water pressure in the bathroom was non-existent, and the towels provided were torn. There was no view from the balcony; instead, there was a lamppost. The room was so small that one of the beds blocked the wardrobe, rendering it unusable. We were left with only two toilet rolls without any other cleaning supplies, such as napkins, in case we wanted to eat or wipe, resulting in running out quickly. Additionally, they never came to clean the room on the second day or change our towels. Furthermore, the bathroom was poorly renovated with wallpaper on the floor and walls, both of which were torn.
