The best

The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The hotel location was perfect opposite the beach with access to lots of eating places.

Bed mattress too hard for us. Couldn’t always get a sunbed as people reserving although not using. Would prefer a policy in place e.g. towels removed after 1 hour if not being used.

“We spent very little time in the room!”
The best

Loved the location, the rooftop bar and Barracuda bar. The pool area was nice but very busy. The staff on the lower levels were attentive especially in the Barracuda Bar.

The cleanliness of the room was a little off! There was something on the bathroom tile located next to the toilet 💩 that hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived. When this was pointed out it was cleaned but I feel it wouldn’t have been cleaned if I hadn’t mentioned it. There were greasy handprints all over the bathroom glass partition. I asked for this to be cleaned but it wasn’t so we ended up doing it ourselves. The mirror had been wiped with a dirty great cloth too which left a dry coating/film across the whole of the mirror, eventually it was cleaned. There was hair and dust along the base boards, the room was swept but not fully and this didn’t change for the whole of our stay. I made sure the dressing table was cleared for cleaning but it never was - I cleaned it! The sheet that covered the base of the bed was very grubby. I had to request for bed sheets and towels to be changed throughout our stay. Overall, we were very disappointed with the cleaning and cleanliness of the room.

“Amazing views and a dodgy lift.”

The location was amazing, the view from the rooftop was also incredible

To be improved

The breakfast wasn’t great and the plates smelt dirty which we found quite of putting, but so many places to eat breakfast around Santa Ponca. We also got stuck in the lift on the last day which was really scary, honestly not a great experience! But the staff were really apologetic, obviously not their fault.
