H10 Conquistador

First day was only giving half of the welcome pack and drinks fridge was empty , staff are petrified of mangement , Went to lunch as we where half board to be told water is not included you must pay for water with your lunch ( never heard of this rule ever ) then to be told by the guest service people, you can have tap water but it does not agree with most people ? Then to be told there is water round the pool area but you carnt bring it to the restaurant ( why say it ) Day 2 my wife asked if we could bring my daughter into the hotel to surprise me her being here , to be told no sorry this hotel does not do this ( fair enough) my wife then pointed out it’s not on the website and made a suggestion to may be put it on to the young lady who was on the front desk , as we where talking the 2nd manager cut the young lady short and started screaming his head off infront of all the people checking in ( never seen anything like it ) I asked him to calm down , he then got worse , I asked for his name he said his name was THANKYOU ? he’s eyes where bulging from his head and lips where trembling, we reported him and received a email basically saying we are sorry for his actions and we will deal with him internally, hope you enjoy the rest of our stay , Last day no pure orange for breakfast and coffee machines not working , Feel for all staff in this hotel , there look petrified,

We stayed for one week half board at this family friendly hotel. Overall we had a good experience, rooms were relatively clean albeit a little small for the 3 of us, was bit of a squeeze but we spend most of the day outside so not so bad. Fantastic location and good choice of facilities. Food was really good with a varied selection on offer, fairly good layout and separation of types of food (minimal cross contamination if you have specific dietary requirements) Friendly staff and good kids entertainment team, our child loved the mini disco. A couple of cons, entertainment is very loud and goes on until late, there is no sound proofing so don’t expect to get to sleep before 11.00pm The kids pool is super tiny and is the only place that children can play with any type of floats or balls. Would definitely visit again.

The hotel is advertised as 4 star and to be honest the photos are fantastic hotel looks luxurious and expectations were high. On arrival big let down the hotel is at least a 3 star.

Be warned…Do not stay in this hotel , the hotel seems to be run by people who are only concerned about you sticking to the hotels strict policies , the reception and front of house staff are rude , uncooperative, unprofessional, unhelpful not what you would expect when you are paying to stay somewhere, if you want the room cleaned you have to ask , the rooms are tired and shabby, the bedding was damp, the WiFi doesn’t work the TV’s are approximately 20 years old and not smart TV’s when you’ve paid approximately £300 a night for bed and breakfast it’s shocking, this hotel doesn’t deserve to stay in business with shocking customer service and tired facilities , we used to stay here 20 years ago and apart from a fresh coat of white paint everywhere it’s still the same… entertainment is now outside which booms sound round the whole hotel so if you want and early or quiet night forget it as this goes on until 10pm ..I asked the reception about the noise and they said check the board for times of entertainment..? absolutely terrible experience would not recommend …

Very good location. The room was fine only problem not very warm when we were there so would have appreciated central heating.

It is not only that the hotel is located in a very good place, but the service is very good! The personal are very kind, happy to assist guests in every step
