H10 Costa Adeje Palace

Very friendly service. Excellent buffets with lots of variety, among the best we ever had. Gluten and dairy free options. The Japanese and mediterranian themed restaurants were also very good. Beautiful ocean view. Walking distance to the shops, bars, restaurants and beaches of Costa Adeje. No real beach at the hotel but we didn’t miss it. We had a wonderful time!

Me and my family stayed here in Easter 2026. We've been to Tenerife a few times and we love the Island. On this trip we were looking for a hotel that offer 5 star service, in a great location for good value. The H10 didn't disappoint us! Would recommend.

Location is good Hotel is nice Service is awful from reception. Due to an admin error in system between TUI and hotel they have my parents down as half board while all confirmation and bookings say all inclusive. Hotel itself have been unhelpful and making the pay daily for the all inclusive meaning they’re not unable to go on any trips booked and had to cancel plans ruining their holiday. As part of all inclusive they was suppose to be able to use the restaurants on site and because it’s only now 4 days they’re all inclusive the hotel will not allow them to use the restaurants. The hotel would have been paid the extra for my parents to be all inclusive in their booking and refusing to honour it or provide them any support with an admin error their side. Hotel is nice but be wary should you have any issues their unhelpful customer service could put you into financial difficulties like my parents. If you have credit cards maybe book using that so you have chargeback rights or some book at all to avoid the risk.

More like 2 star. Mostly rude staff In the gym, very basic and old, No mat to put on the floor to stretch or even when I asked for a towel, use your shower towel from your bedroom , was there answer ! This is my first morning ! Would not recommend this hotel so far

This is our fifth visit to H10 Costa Adeje Palace. Our request for a twin room around room 584 to 689 was not met on arrival. Travelling with my 20 yr old son. Were given a 200s room which was very small only had one bed which literally felt like sleeping on concrete, terrible bed base plus was given a put me up bed and no balcony view. Our room request was met by third night. Huge room, twin comfortable beds and excellent balcony view. We’re very disappointed that our room request was not met considering we booked in Feb 2026. Apart from the room issue we thoroughly love the hotel. Food has been lukewarm warm which needs attention. Indoor entertainment room floor 2 needs to be bigger and cooler too. Overall it’s a great place to stay and in a quiet location.

We loved our stay in H10 Costa Adeje, staff very friendly, lobby amazing and great spirit with lots of card playing and people enjoying their holiday. Beautiful pool areas and very nice breakfast with lots of variety. They provided GF cereal on request. Lovely fresh juices and the crepes were a big hit with our 3 sons. We will be back!
