There was not enough bar staff between during the day or at night, you need to employ more bar staff, I waited 45 minutes at night time most nights

This lack of courtesy and openness was surprising given the level of the hotel, and it certainly impacted our overall experience. It's a real pity, because everything else about the stay was exceptional.”
