They take your all inclusive band off you when check out at 12. Our flight was not until 22:25. I have never been to any hotel that removes your facilities on check out

Service excellent, noise level acceptable, cleanliness is good, rooms are good but slightly dated, I have a garlic allergy so food was awkward, however after informing them in the dining hall Galindo ( member of staff ) came to me when I arrived and showed me what contained garlic and what did not. If there was nothing suitable he got the kitchen to cook something especially for me he did this every evening, Thank you Galindo. Lovely stay we were sad to leave.

Loved it !!! Great hotel. Very helpful staff. Hotel was very clean / organised. We had one or 2 minor issues but nothing out of the ordinary. We had a 180 view of the sea which was stunning (6th floor) Very convienent for local shops / resturants / bars etc.....

I travelled with family for Easter break with a late deal and stayed at the H10 hotel, which I was not familiar with before. The location was excellent and i opted for the all inclusive package. Not only the food and drinks were excellent, but the entertainment staff were remembered us by name and entertained us with a variety of games in and out of the pool. Special mention to Noelia who was great. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for great entertainment and an excellent location. The all inclusive package is a must get!

Was there with big group. Poor service, especially at front desk, where some peolpe were very rude. Service in dining hall was slow. You can not rent shuttles.

Great location, Very poor reception Staff ( overworked and short staffed), Security Guard usually on duty to supervise the queue. Good hardworking staff in Resraurant, Cleaners, animation etc Food fine, but quite a few times the roasts at show cooking were dried up. Great pools, and plenty of sun beds. Can’t comment on bars or entertainment as you didn’t pay by cash, but the wristband chip was scanned and charged to room ( same for drink in restaurant) we didn’t frequent as didn’t want a large bill at end of stay. Very large multi national hotel, we found it impersonal and hard to make friends. Our room also overlooked a car park, didn’t get the sun and although it was large comfy and well appointed it was cold and depressing. It would have cost us €300 to upgrade to a pool view. Enjoyed our stay but won’t be back.
