“What a lovely experience..”
The best

Everything was so perfect. Sara at the reception was incredibly helpful and at hand for whatever we needed. The room was a dream.. Entrance hall into a curious shape bedroom with the bed positioned in a corner, beautiful en-suite bathroom and a private balcony with glass surrounding panels, table, chairs, and sun loungers with the most outstanding view of the marina and the Atlantic Ocean. In the morning we went to the dining room for breakfast fo find a very accomodating, clean, well organised and beautiful displayed selection of hot and cold food with the most perfect service from the staff.. What a lovely experience...

To be improved

The thing we did not like was that we stayed one night only... 😒

The air conditioning potentially would have spoiled our stay had we been there any longer. We complained twice and was told they were waiting for a part.

“Lovely hotel, decent food, fantastic staff, lousy air conditioning.”
The best

The room itself, the staff and the whole ambiance is great. The food was pretty good and plentiful. The main concern we have is that the air conditioning is totally inadequate. The staff sent a technician to the first room we were in that we could not get below 27 C during the day. Eventually they changed us to another room which was marginally better at 26 degrees. Once the sun went down and the building cooled off it was sufficient to allow us to sleep, just. This would be enough to prevent me from booking this hotel again, lovely staff and facilities notwithstanding.

To be improved

The air conditioning is substandard. When a Mexican hotel can put a hotel room to 21 degrees without any difficulty, then it should be possible for a Spanish hotel to do the same.
