H10 Salauris Palace

I have had a great experience at the H10 Salauris Palace and the bartender Shota was particularly friendly and an all round great guy, really making us feel welcome and helping create a very chilled environment.

We've just got back after a last minute 4 night stay and it was well worth the money. The hotel was immaculate,the staff were lovely, the family rooms were massive and the pool was lovely. The food was lovely but tea was slightly repetitive. The holiday reps were fantastic! Raul and his team smashed it, our children loved them, they played football with them, did crafts and lots of different games! Even the adults got involved. Thanks Raul, Danny and Meriala. We will definitely be back!

After removing a shard of plastic from my mouth from eating some breakfast cereal I showed the waitress who apologised and took it to the manager. This is the complaint, his reaction, or lack of it. He made no attempt to speak to me. I had to go to him and suggest the bowl I had taken it from was taken back to the kitchen in case there were any more pieces of plastic in there. No apology from him. If a child had swallowed this I dread to think of the consequences! Poor service by manager.

A Fantastic Family Stay with Top-Notch Entertainment! ​Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ​We just returned from a wonderful stay at the H10 Salauris Palace, and it’s safe to say it’s a brilliant choice for families. Looking back at older photos of the hotel, it is clear they have updated the property to a very high standard the decor and presentation are beautiful throughout. ​Massive Rooms & Great Location ​The family rooms were massive! We had two large queen-size beds together plus two singles, meaning there was plenty of space for all our suitcases and room to move around comfortably. They are updating some rooms but room 108 didn't have the new bathroom which would have included a walk in shower which would have been lovely but families would probably prefer a bath . ​The View: Our view was amazing—we could see Red Force at Ferrari Land right from our balcony! ​Location: The hotel is perfectly situated. It's a short walking distance to the theme parks and only a 10-minute stroll into the main town. ​The Standout Team & Brilliant "Craic" ​The entertainment team really made the holiday for us. A massive thank you to Dani, and Raul and Mireia. Our son, Levi, absolutely loved the daily activities and the "wee chats" he had with them, and he even got to meet Daisy! ​The craic between us all was brilliantI was nicknamed "Mama Clara," which was such a lovely, personal touch. Dani had some great banter with us about "loving" Liverpool FC (not! lol). The daytime entertainment was perfect for both kids and adults it was fun but not overpowering. On our last day, I finally got stuck into the bingo and a pool competition, which was great fun. We will always remember our first family holiday from Northern Ireland to Salou because of them! ​Service & Cleanliness ​The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. We were greeted by a gentleman at the door who carried our bags in, which was much needed after a long morning of travel. ​Cleaning Staff: They are out every morning and night; the hotel is spotless and beautifully presented. ​Kitchen, bar and restaurant staff were total workhorses! They worked so hard to ensure everything was cleared, cleaned, and replenished immediately. ​Dining & Drinks ​The food was lovely with a different variety every night. While my family are a bit fussy and prefer "home" food, I loved the different options! ​Top Tip: The stone-baked pizzas at the pool bar are a absolute must! ​The Bar: They only had one beer on tap, but you soon get used to it. ​The Pools ​The only minor thing to note is the water temperature. ​Outdoor Pool: It’s quite chilly weather was around 20°C to 23°C. A lot of people were hesitant to get in, but it’s fine once you’ve been in for a while. A heated pool would be an amazing addition! ​Indoor Pool & Hot Tub: We tried these on an overcast day, but they were also a bit cold, so we didn't head back as it didn't really interest us. ​Rooftop: We popped up to look at the views absolutely stunning. ​Overall, a clean, modern, and friendly hotel. We would definitely recommend it! Working in a school I can only go on hoilday time which is pricey anywhere or I would be back a few times a year lol :) if you ever need me back for reviews or pictures I will cover cost of flights ( only joking) Thank you again for a great hoilday From Clare , Kyle , Tyler and Levi :)

Amazing Hotel. Gorgeous spacious tooms. Excellent entertainment for kids. Very friendly, professional staff especially Sebas in the bar.

Amazing family holiday, lots to do and see, the hotel was stunning and all the staff were friendly and helpful rooms also were spacious and clean. The chefs outdid themselves as all food was lovely, they cater to all tastes and dietary needs. The entertainment or kids and adults was fab with the lads Raul and Dani and Daisy the mascot. I highly recommend this hotel as as family holiday.
