Great facilities and perfect location with the bus stop outside the hotel and the beach a 3 minute walk.

Food was good but at times due to amount of guests things ran out.

Had a fantastic family holiday. Everything was exceptional. Great for kids with the water slides and daytime/evening entertainment. Highly recommended

We found the hot dinner options were limited but we had the choice to have lunch instead and go out for dinner

The room was comfortable and clean. The cleaners and restaurant staff were very polite and helpful when needed.

The reception staff, when checking in, became very rude and narky when I didn't realise I had to pay on arrival (mistake anyone can make). Talking in Spanish between themselves about us, making me feel more anxious. Wasn't a great start to the holiday. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice size balcony. Some of the room facilities need to be looked at, to open the fridge door you have to yank it open as it catches on the cupboard door bracket that hides the 'kitchen facilities', fridge, sink, kettle and microwave. This limited us to be able to eat/cook within our own room. We were half board, so we could have breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. It's a help yourself buffet, with hot and cold options available. The hot food was more quantity over quality. At breakfast, you could have any beverage (except alcohol), but at dinner, you could only have water unless you were all inclusive! Which baffled us. You should at least have another option of juice or fizzy! With so many families on site, I feel the restaurant could use the sun room section for people without children to have the option to enjoy their meal without children running around and screaming.
