“I was in the hotel with my son. Room was nice and clean, we had booked it with view to the ocean. Personell is extremely considerate and friendly, everybody was always smiling, it sometimes made us feel guilty because the demands/ workload on everybody seemed to be high. Quality and variety of buffet were ok. Stairs lead right from the pool area down to the ocean and a little secluded cove a bit separate from the main beach of Costa Calma, so it was not too busy there. Only downside was that the pool chairs were obviously not available in sufficient numbers and all chairs close to the seafront were blocked by 9 AM with towels (which was prohibited but not enforced).”
