“A beautiful hotel with great location, clean rooms and very nice staff. The airport was just half an hour away with metro and you can get to the city centre easily too (the subway system is great in Madrid generally). The whole hotel has this interesting design to it, that I liked the lot, especially the hall area where you can grab a drink, watch TV with others or just have a chat. It's a shame we only stayed just a few nights, but definitely thinking about retourning if we visit Madrid again!”

A beautiful hotel with great location, clean rooms and very nice staff. Location was nice and some Of the staff were very kind.

I think this hotel tries to make money of anything. While I understand charging us for a very early checkin (although a whole 100 euros I still think is ridiculous), We asked for a possible delay in checkout as we had to pick up a car - a delay of a maximum of an hour - and they didn’t have guests checking into that room - and they still wanted to charge us - never experienced this in any hotel in Europe or even spain thus far. They did not clean the room properly - only linen changed and beds made. For a family of 3 they give only one small bottle of water complimentary.

I travel to Madrid often and have never stayed in the same place twice. After my recent stay at H10 Tribeca, I have found the place that I will stay every time I visit from now on! Really, really nice place. Great location, friendly staff, spacious rooms, cool decor, comfortable bed...just everything you could want. I cannot wait to come back. Thanks for having me!
