To be improved

It took 5 hours to get instructions to get into the apartment and info on parking. We ended up finding our own parking as multiple requests for a phone call were ignored . A very bad start. Communication via email was a problem. We got inundated with unnecessary information instead of the info we needed and requested. Check in is problematic!

Property was spacious, comfortable and clean.

To be improved

Soap dispenser at bathroom sink did not work. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable, need to be replaced. Hallway light needs attention as it did not come on consistently and light switch was not present. Very dark coming into hallway and stairwell.

There was leak in the bathroom floor. Teflon pans were soooo scratched couldn’t use. Couch fabric was not sewing in at bottom. Trip hazard. The picture shown was NOT the unit we got. Not sure if this is a switch/bait deal. Show a nicer unit and somewhere in ALL the pics they put the lesser apartment in the mix.

“A great little apartment in city center.”
The best

Super clean! And great location. Safe for a single women to stay at. Liked having a kitchen to cook some of my own meals and not have to eat out all the time.

To be improved

The aparment was cooler temperature wise than what i prefer, but i did go in January, and the positives of this place outweigh this one negative.

Only thing good is the location in my experience

To be improved

If you dont have a deposite money of 150 euros after paid for the partment they will not give you the keys. Treatment of the staff was very bad over the phone and no water the first day no television for 2 days and the toilet was not working good and the A/C is the same not working good.
