H2M Alta 20 Smart TV Central Air Conditioning

We were there for a week, when it rained almost every day and was rather cold at night. Air conditioning only provided cold air, although in the description it said there was heating as well. A guy came on the third day - repaired it - and it stopped working again the following day. I got a cold because of the cold in the apartment. The washing machine - one of the main reasons I chose this property for - was also broken. The owner brought a card to use at a public washing service, but it looked like a loyalty card rather than a prepaid card, so we didn't use it. We washed underwear and shirts by hand - my socks took 2 days to dry, because of the humidity in the flat. The owner (or renting service) offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience, which did not even cover the cost of medication. Another thing - if you use three electricity powered amenities (e.g.lights, tv and toaster), you are likely to get a short. Not very nice to get stuck in the shower with no lights on... Two symbolic bars of soap for the whole week stay were a joke - just write that you have to bring your own soap/shower gel/shampoo, instead of making your clients buy basic stuff on arrival.

TV was fading out and the air con fans hit us directly where the bed was, so we would get cold if ac was on and hot if it was off.

There was the bare minimum of kitchen equipment. No chopping board or bread knife or adequate can opener and just enough plates etc to get through one meal. What is the point of a dishwasher with so little crockery to fill it? I had problems with the pre-registrationn process and the staff were unhelpful, leaving us with a 40 minute hike to the office and back, which is not what one needs on the day of arrival. A little more information and care would have avoided this.

From the photos and property description you don't understand that it is a basement apartment, which is why there is no natural light.
