“Lovely apartment, great location, but take earplugs!”

The apartment is in a great location and very central which was extremely handy, but also noisy from the street, plus other apartments partying at the weekend. The apartment was lovely and well thought out with everything you need, but could have been a bit cleaner though! The bed was small, but actually comfortable. The hot water in the shower didn't last for 2 people so had to keep showers very short! It was great having the washing machine and the apartment gets the sun in the afternoon so everything could dry on the airer. It has fabulous views as it's on the top floor. The only thing that spoilt our week was had an issue one evening where we were locked in the apartment so couldn't leave that evening and were trapped on the top floor. I raised it immediately with the agents but they don't answer the emergency number! Luckily I could WhatsApp the reception guy, and after a lot of insisting that we needed urgent help as it was a fire risk, he came out but it was almost 3 hours before he came out (rather than a maintenance man!) as he said he couldn't leave reception. So the agency really need to look at their out of hours and emergency procedure as it's not safe, especially when it's a fire risk. Overall it was a comfortable stay, great location and great value and the apartment is everything you need for a wonderful stay in Málaga, so I would recommend. Take your earplugs though! You also have to collect your keys from the agency which is about 10 minutes walk.

“Amazing view, from a quiet location”

The view is amazing. The apartment is very comfy with all the things you need. In a quiet street with no street noise.

We had a power cut on day one - so the lift didn't work and we were on the 6th floor. It was fixed after a few hours. The key collection machine did not work so we had to phone for assistance - which we did get and got the keys from a lock box. The apartment is not easy to find once you've got in the front door as there are three blocks- without numbers on them. There could be a lot better information about how the find the actual apartment and which key to use on the three different doors.
