The property was clean, modern, and just a short walk to the centre. There are some major supermarkets nearby. Sadly, we felt the staff could have been more helpful. We received an email two days before arrival with check-in details. At the top of the message was clearly marked not to make any online payments via the links. But, in the same email we were asked to give all of our passport details, sign a contract and pay the deposit! I replied, twice, querying this but did not receive a reply. I managed to contact them by WhatsApp in the end. Booking.com said check-in was from 15:00 and we planned accordingly. We could either check-in online and pick up keys from a lockbox in another part of town from 15:00 or go to their office and check-in to access the property after 17:00. It was all very confusing. The cleaner was still there when we arrived about 17:00. There was no kettle but two coffee makers? When we asked for a kettle, we were told to use one of the coffee makers, which was tiny. There were other issues which were eventually fixed - I was asked to send video proof of these issues. This all sounds a bit negative but it wasn't a smooth experience - the staff could have done better. Hopefully, our stay ironed out some of the housekeeping problems for future tenants. If you hand wash the dishes, pack a couple of tea towels. They only supply one tiny square of cloth. We agreed we would stay again as the apartment itself is well located.

Conveniently located near the center with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The apartment was nice and spacious with three bedrooms along with two bathrooms.

Large spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds. Close to the old town. Elena and Laura offered very good communication and were always available to help with logistics, keys etc
