Broken bathroom door, unknown how to open open it (hard, but possible). Dusts, a lot.

I was not looked after. The agency did not care about the customers. I arrived after a nightmare hour, filling out their online checkin forms. They had lost the keys to the property. No apologies. I was parked illegally as I was made to collect the keys from their office and there is no parking by the office. An hour later I finally left with the keys. I arrived at the apartment which was in a rough part of town. The front door was open and I unloaded my bags. I then went out to find some food. No shops or restaurants open on a Sunday night! When I returned the front door was locked and I could not get in. I was missing a key for the front door!! I phoned up the agency and they did not believe me. I had to video myself tying to get in. They were not bothered, did not offer to help. They thought I was stupid or something. Luckily someone from another apartment arrived and I managed to get in. They still did not believe that there should be more keys. I left early and during the day they messaged to say that I had to return to the office to exchange my keys. No apologies, no explanation! Luckily I spoke some Spanish. At no point was there any apology or appreciation of the impact on my stay.

Noise from the neighbours. You can hear EVERYTHING!! Across the courtyard neighbours having sex, upstairs you can hear people clomping around in their shoes going to the toilet etc. If you want peace & quiet this place is not for you , soundproofing is non existent. No sunshine comes inside and the apartment was always cold , the heater does not work the best. The chandeliers need to go , the amount of times to bump the head and they are not even fitted properly. These are minor inconveniences so if you are used to living in apartments with noise then you will be fine or just bring earplugs.
