The place was in the city center, just 5 minute walk from the main street. The place had many appliances, was comfortable and had a good bathroom.

To be improved

Neighbours were loud. There was no coffee machine. And also there is not much light coming inside the apartment. Also, the keys were in another place so you have to walk to that building, 10 minute walk from the apartment to get your keys.

The best

The location is very touristic and lively. It was perfect for visiting Malaga for the first time and short stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and quite. we enjoyed the smart tv. It was easy to communicate with the staff during our stay.

To be improved

The checkin process was a bit complicated for me. They asked for our passport scans and signitures (i understand the state asks for it ) but you are suppose to upload on their website (it should be an offical website in my opinion) then i did it at their office (but i guess it was on staffs phone .i m not sure) otherwise they refused to give me the keys.we had a bit miscommunication. I think this (whole check in process, how they store data etc) should be clearly stated from the begining.
