The property description on Booking.com gave the impression of more flexible access to the apartment’s facilities than what was actually allowed. After booking, the owner sent me a message detailing the rules, which contradicted the listing — particularly the restrictions on using the kitchen and leaving personal items in the bathroom (this one was really strange, not even a toothbrush). And all these I came to know when I made my non-refundable payment. This is not acceptable at all!! In a few words, here's what I can say about my stay. 1. We were only allowed to use my bedroom and private bathroom, despite the Booking.com description and photos giving the impression that shared spaces like the living room were accessible for guests to enjoy. We weren’t even allowed to leave personal belongings in the bathroom — not even a toothbrush. As for the kitchen, access was limited to just the coffee maker and kettle. The owner "generously" placed two cups in our room — clearly so we wouldn’t touch anything else in the kitchen. The gesture felt so disrespectful and humiliating that we chose not to use them at all. 2. The owner had a dog that barked constantly whenever she was gone, which was most of the day and into the night. The guests were told not to make noise after 11 PM, but somehow it was okay to disturb the guests. 3. Regularly, the owner had loud guests over until 2–3 AM, which made it hard to relax and sleep. 4. The apartment was freezing cold with no heating provided. 5. There was no way to communicate with the owner - she spoke only Spanish and could not understand a word of English. 6. To top it off, she made us wait outside for 30 minutes when we arrived at 8:30 PM, even though she claimed late check-in started at 9 PM.

Everything was good in the apartment except one dog . I came to Spain from the Asia region. Pakistan is my country where normally dogs are not kept in homes in the lifestyle of people . We people keep cats instead .I would suggest the mistress to think about it too, because visitors are not native all the time. They may come from different culture , society and country . People pay money for the comfort. As a visitor I felt it .

No aircon, struggled to sleep on a 40 degree day
