The biggest problem we encountered after our trip to Alicante was the difficulty in communicating with the owner of the room. She didn't respond to our WhatsApp messages, and we waited for almost an hour in front of the building entrance. Finally, after several attempts to contact us via WhatsApp and calls, she sent us a guide to enter via WhatsApp, which is not practical because you need an internet connection, download the app, and enter codes on the lock plate. We waited to receive the link to receive the entry code and the apartment code. However, it didn't work at the building entrance, and we waited for a resident to arrive and open the door for us. Finally, we entered the apartment with the code received via WhatsApp. The biggest problem was that, in the evening, when we went out to dinner and walk along the beach upon our return, we discovered that the owner had changed the code. We tried to contact her several times, but she didn't respond to WhatsApp or our calls. We were about to go to the police to resolve this problem. Luckily for us, there was a guest there, and he was the one who finally opened the apartment door.
