“Stay away”

Booked for a loved one and they are still in disbelief. This is their review: Management acts like they are doing you a favour and seems to have forgotten that guests pay for the service. Access details are always kept for later, later, later, and then the manager ends up being late and one is left on the street PASSED check-in time. On top of that, when one calls for information in confusion from out in the streets, the manager does not only fail to apologise, but rudely screams on the phone ordering to wait. No provision of context or ETA. Once there, he proceeds to LECTURE the guest, complaining that he is being “bothered” and “pushed”. They witness the same treatment to at least two other guests. Regarding the place, it is impossible to cool the room and keep privacy at the same time. The walls are dirty with bugs and sticky things on them (photos available). The "common space" is limited to a cluttered and dark corner of the house (also dark in the day) that no one really uses, and the street below is unbelievably noisy and busy. The photo is also misleading: it depicts robust doors on a ventilated, open and bright space. But that is not part of the property: it is only the entrance to their dark, cluttered shared apartment.
