“It was really good overall”
The best

I stayed here for 1 night and had a great experience. The location is unbeatable, right in the center, walking distance to Gran Vía, Plaza Mayor, and tons of restaurants and shops. The metro station is just a few minutes away, which made it super easy to get around the city. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with good air conditioning (essential in Madrid summer). The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the blackout curtains for sleeping. Staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations for places to eat and visit

To be improved

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was a bit of noise from the street at night, but it wasn’t too disruptive
