Habitación con baño y cocina

The room is not at the location shown on booking, the onwer sent us a message with another location. After going to the different location, we had difficulty finding the house. Once we found it, we followed the written instructions that said that the room was in the rooftop. We go to the rooftop and find a door. We spent around 10' trying to open it without success and were ready to give up when we thought to go outside the terrace and we realised that there was another door in the back. The instructions sent were not clear enough and did not even say to ignore the first door nor that we had to exit to the terrace. Once we got in, there was no duvet, only a blanket that was not enough for the cold. Also, the bed was not clean and we found multiple hairs (both from head and other parts) on the sheet. The sheets and pillowcases were also very old and did not look very clean. Finally, there was no bin to throw away rubbish but nevertheless we were instructed by the house rules to take our rubbish with us! To make matters worse, we realised that the reviews on booking were not for this room but for a different flat managed by the same host! This is absolutely unacceptable and consists of false advertising, verging on fraud. We paid 60€ for one night which we find excessive for the facilities provided. Avoid booking here!

There were leftovers on the fridge; it was not cleaned.

I can't say. The house doesn't exist. It's a fraud. They send you to another place which is a hostel with drunk people. Even there there's no room available and nobody will be there to give you a key. So you're left all on the road to sleep in your car. If you have one. When you ask or complaint about it, nobody answers. Nothing. The manager communicates terribly. Just Awful.
