The room is not the same as the picture. It’s really empty. Bathroom door was broken, someone was locked inside. The emptiness of the room feels cold

As a Muslim woman, I cannot stay in a mixed accommodation. I booked this place based on the specifications listed on the website, but upon arrival, I was shocked to find that it was a shared apartment with a man and that there were cats, even though I am allergic to cat and dog hair. None of this was mentioned in the description of the place. Moreover, the money is non-refundable. The price was also completely disproportionate to the circumstances, as if I wanted to stay in a shared accommodation, I could have booked a hostel for just 15 euros.I also had to pay from my own funds to stay in a hostel, which made the rest of my trip difficult. The booking for this place cost me both money and energy, and it was the worst experience I've had while traveling. It was a very bad and painful experience, as I had to leave at night to look for another place to stay in an unfamiliar area while carrying heavy belongings.

We shared the bathroom with the other room and the people living there, so it was a little dirty sometimes. There was no hot water as well. When going out or coming back, we had to go through their living room and it was a little weird.
