One to just be aware of - Its on the 4th Floor with no lift/elevator (In case you have heavy luggage)

4th floor and no lift. I use walking stick so every time I was coming back from exploring the city and surroundings I was exhausted so it was a big challenge for me to climb the stairs. Very inaccurate positioning of the facility when using Google maps on Booking.com app. Showed the wrong place on the map-52 mins walk from the station and in fact it was just 2 mins walk.

No sound isolation, we could hear our flatmates breathing. Our room was next to the bathroom and whenever someone took a shower it was as loud as a waterfall. The whole are was pretty dusty and unclean. Extremely small dining area on the balcony. Owner was talking loudly in front of the door after midnight (to check-in other guests I suppose).

Odd atmosphere, feels like you are staying in someone's house. The owner's daughter seems to live there and keeps her shower and sink products there which you would feel uncomfortable using. The house has an odd aroma. The sheets and blankets smelled unpleasant and had hair through them. Our heater dripped water. Ceiling light in the room is poor, but the table lamp is ok. Aren't allowed to eat in the room and can only eat in a tiny boxed in balcony with sheets and towels drying everywhere (the day that i took the photo was better so maybe you'll get lucky) All of that was OK but the fridge was terrible. There was some VERY old chicken in there that caused the fridge to smell acidic and rotten, occasionally it made me gag opening it. You did not want to eat any of your food that had been in the fridge because it smelled bad. It was in the fridge the entirety of our 3-night stay, smelled bad when we got there, and the only other person was the owner's daughter. Everything else was manageable, but the fridge changed topped it off. P.s. the washing machine in the photo constantly had linen from the apartments in it and was not generally accessible.
