“A comfortable option in a good location.”

The location was very good. Handy for everywhere in Bilbao which is a very walkable city if you are reasonably fit and not lazy. The balcony area was of a good size, and though the area was quite central, noise was not a problem.

To be improved

There could be more equipment in the kitchen, particularly cutlery and coffee cups. We bought disposable cups from the Lidl across the road.

“Disappointing for this price”

The location is good and the place has a big kitchen and washing machine. The room was also decent once it was cleaned

To be improved

- the room was not cleaned when I arrived - only 2 small bathrooms for a place with many rooms and they were not cleaned in the 2 nights I stayed there - the check-in process is from the old days, you have to call someone to open the apartment. When I called they could not pick up… come on guys, it’s modern days. Just install keyboxes somewhere, that provides flexibility on both ends

Very comfortable and clean. Good facilities and English speaking so very helpful!

To be improved

I found it extremely difficult to fine the premises because Google sent me to the Hotel, but perhaps it was just me. When I telephoned to say I was lost, I was guided in by the host!! Very helpful.

“Easy check-in by phone/Whatsapp Centrally situated Nice bakery downstairs Not too far away from a shuttle bus stop to the airport Well-equipped kitchen available, which I didn't have time to use Perfect for a short stay · Cons: Only two shared bathrooms... as I arrived late, the floor was very wet The window of my room didn't shut very well and the towel I got was very old, with a hole... but clean, so not really a problem.”

“Fantastic Customer Service - Would Recommend”

The best

I was looking for a double room, so Erica very kindly offered me a room in a separate property the manage. Alberto met me and showed me around the stunning property in the heart of Bilbao. He was also available to help for the duration of my stay. A real gentleman. Apartment was spacious, modern and clean, in a great location.
