Extremely kind host. Very well equipped kitchen with private bathroom. Comfortable quiet room. Friendly welcome. :)

The welcome from the host Feli was very warm and friendly. The property was immaculately presented - probably the cleanest place ever, as good if not better than the best hotels. The accommodation is very secure in a nice neighbourhood. There is a wonderful bar across the road, a supermarket and an amazing bakery. The property is conveniently close to the airport, and there is a metro nearby. There is plenty of free parking outside. There is a fully equipped kitchen available which the guests can use. It is worth noting the room is in an apartment but our room had a dedicated bathroom - this is not a problem it is only the same as a B&B just it has only two rooms for guests. To be fair for the time we were there we had the whole place to ourselves. For the price this is exceptionally good value accommodation.

The owner was very kind and helpful. As we were tired of the heat she gave as some water and even a bottle of beer. It is located 50 meters from the nearest tapas bar. It’s located very close to metro station to Valencia. The big grocery store is a minute walk away

Apartment consistent with the description. Super comfortable bed, very clean in every place of the apartment. Very friendly and helpful owner. 10 minutes by car to the airport, close to the metro station, next to the building well-stocked consum. I recommend!

Great location on the outskirts of Valencia. Spotlessly clean, modern, quiet and Feli was the perfect host. We will be returning there again next time.
