Very clean. Located close to city centre. Metro station closed for renovations but regular busses to city only 5 minutes away

Like: a very welcoming person.. Close to the supermarket and metro station.. Kitchen with all facilities except grater :) Shared toilet and bathroom but never busy ;) Many facilities like oil, different spice, Shampoo etc was available.. Good price for an accommodation in Madrid Dislike: First of all, let me say that this apartment is very good and you can choose it, but if some details are done, it will be even better.. They didn't empty the garbage bin during my four days of stay! Since I was on the ground floor, there was still noise from other floors at night time and the street.. Of course, I used earplugs and slept well.. There was a remote control in my room, but unfortunately they didn't explain what it was and I figured out what it did by playing with the buttons.. You should definitely leave the windows open after going out because the air will be replaced, otherwise the house and room will smell unpleasant with the windows closed. There is a fan on the ceiling that turns into ventilation, but doesn't seem to be adequate. The pillow was not comfortable for me, but might be good for others, I don't know.. The el outlet was not close to the bed, would be so much better if it was close to bed..

Location, you can walk to the centre. Also the metro is 5 min walk. There’s a small sitting room and a kitchen that you can use. There’s tea, oil and vinegar and more that you can use in the kitchen. Location is clean.
