Habitación reformada en el centro con vistas

I booked this accommodation for a colleague, and when we arrived it became apparent it is no more than somebody renting out rooms in a house. The "owner" was not present and not easy to reach. My colleague advised the description offered by Booking.com did not reflect the accommodation offered. Despite claiming that there was parking, in reality, there is not. I have understood that parking close by is only available during the day, not overnight. The AC was not available in the bedroom, and my colleague had other critical observations. We protested this immediately to booking.com who have basically said tough - thank you for your money, please book with confidence for the future. It has taken since our booking in mid July until early September for booking.com to confirm that they will not offer a refund against this mis-sold accommodation. I expect an international brand such as booking.com to ensure that they are selling on behalf of reputable people, not somebody who seems to be one step away from being (best I do not say), and then keeping your money when it is clear that mis-selling has taken place.

The location is very central. The view to the Castle from the shared living room was fantastic.
