House owner is very kind and generous. Room and bathroom is clean, towels are enough for two people.

To be improved

Since it was on the ground floor, there wasn't much light. Also, since the sound insulation wasn't good, there was a lot of noise.

The best

Great location to Usera metro and 15 minutes to central Madrid. Lovely family however I don't speak Spanish so communication was a bit difficult.

To be improved

I didn't realise this is a bedroom in someone's house but I enjoyed it anyway.

“Superb”

The best

Very clean basic room with attached bathroom inside. Very near Usera Metro station, bus station also few steps away. You pay what you get for. Check in is easy because the host is stay inside the house. Host is friendly, He let us drop our luagage there after check out. I see his wife cleanning everything in the room when we come back to take luagage eventhough we just stay for 1 day. I'm not a cat lover but the cat is very cute and everytime we come back will hide itself inside the chair. And the host is Chinese, easier for us to communicate.

To be improved

No aircond in the room but for us is fine because we travel during autumn and is cold in Madrid.

The best

Great location, free parking outside the building, friendly hosts, private bathroom - clean. You can use their kitchen and dining area. Bed is comfortable.

To be improved

The room is in the flat of the owners, who live there as well, and room doors have no key. Facilities in the room are bit old, the towels and sheets are dark colored (no high temperature wash), bathroom had moldy smell.
