“Clean but room is too hot”

Room size, coffee is available in the kitchen, clean, self injection.

To be improved

The room had a ceiling fan, but was like a oven , like a sauna hard to sleep at night! The shower water was too cold with no hot water, it was difficult to get WiFi signal in our room。

The best

Its a very good located shared flat, 3 apt in it. Near to the main street and train station. Every room like on the pictures. Its good to stay here if the others are friendly persons, but its in the hand of GoodLuck.. My room were cosy and tidy, the bed comfortable. There is a washing machine, and I loved the kitchen. There was a ventilator lamp in my room ( but in july is not enough)

To be improved

There is no elevator in the building, the apartment is on the 3. Floor. It can be a problem if you carry alone a havy baggage. The owner told me many times (and Im sure to the other guests also) it is a shared apartment, means: not no be loud and shutting the door during night, and not to occupate the bathroom-wc for an hour, because many people wait! When I stayed here, it was fullhouse with some incompatible persons. It would be useful another separated wc.

“Former Residentv re-Visits.”

The best

I had previously lived in the town of Villena for several years and knew where the shared apartment was. Location-wise it was excellent and although it was basic it was clean and was value for money. The only bad thing which is fairly common is the smell from the drains as they do not use a P trap in the older properties.
