The circumstances and the price led me to choose this property in two different years, but I noticed a significant decline in cleanliness and in the owner's interest in managing the property from one year to the next. I chose the room with a private bathroom each time. While the room itself was decent, the bathroom was poorly maintained and had a terrible smell.

There were noises in the night and early in the morning in the apartment, the walls are thin. It’s a pity that we have no acces to kitchen but it can be okay if we have some glasses or cups for tap water.

You can hear the sound of toilets flushing from all the rooms really loud. Like alarm clock loud. But it’s cheap so you need to outweigh pros and cons of what you want.
